Refund Policy

Overview

Our refund and return policy lasts 14 days as the terms of the law of consumer service impose. If 14 days have passed since the purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or an exchange.

This refund and return policy refers to the terms of the law of returns according to the consumer code, for returns beyond 14 days it is at the discretion of the company and not guaranteed.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from returns. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. In addition, we do not accept intimate or sanitary products, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

We require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete your return.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are some situations where only partial refunds are granted:

A book with obvious signs of use

CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassettes, or vinyl records that have been opened.

Any item that is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you if your refund has been approved or denied.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time for your refund to be officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, contact us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, email us for return instructions.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, a gift card will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased or if the gift giver had the order shipped to you at a later date, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

Shipping & Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may want to consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
